Mzansi Unlocked Social Lottery - Terms & Conditions.

1. PROMOTER Mzansi Unlocked is the promoter of this social lottery, created to support philanthropic dance-based youth programs and fund the construction of dance studios for underprivileged youth in South Africa. By purchasing a ticket, you are contributing to this mission while standing a chance to win incredible prizes!

2. PROMOTION PERIOD Ticket sales commence at 28/02/2025 and conclude at 25/04/2025. The winners will be drawn on [Draw Date] and announced live via Mzansi Unlocked’s official platforms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to South African residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of Mzansi Unlocked and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

4. ENTRY & TICKETS

Ticket sales start at R100.
Additional entry packages are available on our website, offering multiple entries per purchase.
The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning!

5. PRIZES

First Prize: A VW Polo valued at 300 000 Rands
Second Prize: Two iPhone 16 Max Pro smartphones valued at 36 999 Rands Each device
Third Prize: R10,000 cash via Bank Transfer or EFT

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be drawn randomly and announced via our official website and social media platforms, Facebook & Instagram and live at Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton Apr 25, 2025.
All winners will be contacted via phone and email immediately after the draw.
If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, a redraw will take place.

7. CLAIMING PRIZES

The first prize winner must provide proof of identity and arrange for vehicle collection.
Mzansi Unlocked will cover the cost of vehicle registration but not additional insurance or licensing fees.
The second and third prize winners must provide valid delivery details for their prizes.

8. FAIR PLAY & DISQUALIFICATION

Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or attempt to manipulate the lottery will result in disqualification.
Mzansi Unlocked reserves the right to cancel or amend the lottery if unforeseen circumstances arise.

9. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

By entering, winners consent to their names and images being used in promotional activities.
Personal details will be protected and only used for lottery and promotional purposes.

10. LIABILITY & DISPUTES

Mzansi Unlocked will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or personal injuries associated with participation in this lottery.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.
